Muning Hu is a graduate of Old Dominion University, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has called the Hampton Roads area home since 2002 and brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local market to her real estate practice. With over 13 years of personal experience as a real estate investor and property manager, Muning offers a unique and valuable perspective to her clients. She understands how to identify opportunities, evaluate properties, and navigate complex deals—skills she now uses to benefit her clients.
