About Samantha Singleton

Born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, Samantha Singleton joined the U.S. Navy in 2010 and has served for over 16 years. Her military journey began in California and brought her to Chesapeake, Virginia, where she now calls home. Her passion for real estate began in 2014. As both a REALTOR® and landlord, Samantha understands the ins and outs of buying, selling, investing, and everything in between.

She’s especially driven by her three children, who inspire her to help other families build generational wealth and find homes where memories are made. Samantha takes pride in guiding clients through all stages of life—whether they are first-time buyers, relocating, or exploring investment opportunities. With her military background, real estate experience, and heart for service, she is especially passionate about supporting fellow service members and first responders on their path to homeownership.
